A foundation for the people just getting started.
The Glemser Foundation is being established by Raymond G. Glemser II, longtime leader of Glemser Technologies. Its focus is guidance for young professionals and entrepreneurs, with roots in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.
Intended focus
What the Foundation means to do
The Foundation’s intended focus has two sides that belong together.
Young founders and their mentors. Starting something is hard, and it is harder alone. The Foundation is being built to support young entrepreneurs directly, and to support the mentors who help them grow.
Personal financial health. Good businesses are built by people whose own finances are steady. The Foundation is being built to help young professionals form habits that last: knowing where their money goes, planning ahead, and making decisions with someone experienced beside them.
Our approach
Structure, guidance and a finish line
- Structure
- Clear commitments agreed at the start: what to track, when to meet, and what success looks like. Good habits are easier to keep when the shape of them is written down.
- Guidance
- A mentor who meets with you every month, looks at the real numbers with you, and helps you think through the next decision. Support that is personal, not a pamphlet.
- A finish line
- Progress you can see. Each program would set out what finishing looks like, so steady effort has a visible end.
Where things stand
In formation
The Foundation is being set up now. It is not yet incorporated or recognized as tax-exempt, and it does not yet run any program. It is not accepting applications, donations or other requests for support, and nothing on this site is a promise of a grant, loan or other help.

The Foundation is being established. Its legal formation and governance are being put in place, and its mission will be formalized in 2027.
Programs published
Before any program opens, the Foundation will publish who it is for, how people will be selected, and how to apply.
Programs begin
Mentoring, grants and forgivable loans would start once the Foundation is established and ready to run them well. Support for young companies is planned to follow later.
